Tai Chi 18-Form Lessons
Tai Chi (Taiji in Chinese Pinyin format) is a “meditation through movements”. Currently I’m teaching Tai Chi 18-form. I have practiced Tai Chi 18-form over 12 years. Tai Chi 18-form can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, anytime, in any length (5-10 minutes, or longer). It’s especially great for people who tend to sit for a long time at a desk. As a financial analyst worked in the banking industry over 14 years with long time sitting, I really benefited from and truly believe in this natural, simple, rejuvenating exercise.
